Our Story

Dr. Wesley Hiser started his cattle journey with the Meat Animal Research Center in the 1990’s. The goal has always been the best quality meat you could put on your plate. It wasn’t long before Registered Angus entered his view, and from there you couldn’t be far from a Prime Beef Ultrasound at the county fair or consistent buyers wanting the “best beef they’ve ever had.” It is safe to say we don’t get beef at any restaurants.
